To understand what you should do to help you avoid a stroke, first you should know what decreases stroke risk. Factors that can be reason of stroke are:
High cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, low levels of HDL (good cholesterol) and high level of LDL (bad) cholesterol, arteries, smoking and drinking alcohol. Do you know that a stroke happens every 40 seconds, and every 4 minutes someone dies because of a stroke…?
